How accurate is this reading I get from the app?

This app predicts the signal your Clear WiMax wireless modems would receive given your GPS or address location.

It's a prediction, not definitive. You might have terrain or buildings interfering, for instance. Clear might have brought a new nearby antenna online -- or a whole new metro area -- which hasn't gotten into the app's most recent update.
